The Best Grilled Pheasant with Cherry Compote

Grilled Pheasant Ingredients:

    • 2 wild pheasants
    • Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Instructions:

      1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
      2. Brush the pheasants with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
